EXECUTIVE ORDER No. 1.

All applications for interisland and trans-Pacific transportation on United States Army transports and on commercial vessels, except applications for transportation on interisland commercial vessels on official business, shall hereafter be made on Executive Bureau Form No. 1. These forms may be secured from the Bureau of Printing by requisition.
