DESIGNATING THE DEPUTY CHIEF OF STAFF OF THE ARMY OF THE PHILIPPINES
Under the authority contained in section twenty-two of Commonwealth Act Numbered One, known as "The National Defense Act," as amended by Commonwealth Act Numbered Three hundred twelve, the following appointment and assignment to the General Staff Corps is hereby announced:
Colonel Calixto Duque, O-01072, GSC. is hereby designated as Deputy Chief of Staff, vice Brigadier General Macario Peralta, Jr., who has left for the United States, and will immediately assume the duties prescribed for that Office in the National Defense Act and in pertinent executive orders.
