AUTHORIZING THE ACTING AIRPORT ADMINISTRATOR OF THE INTERNATIONAL AIR PORT AT NICHOLS FIELD TO EXECUTE AND SIGN LEASE CONTRACTS.
In order to enable the Acting Air Port Administrator of the International Air Port at Nichols Field to carry out expediously the functions entrusted to him under Executive Order No, 100, dated October 23, 1947, I, MANUEL ROXAS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the authority conferred upon me by section 567 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended by Commonwealth Act No. 261, do hereby authorize the said Acting Air Port Administrator to execute and sign on behalf of the Republic of the Philippines all contracts of lease involving real properties within the International Air Port at Nichols Field.
Done at the City of Manila, this 22nd day of November, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-seven, and the Independence of the Philippines, the second.
