TERMINATING THE COLLECTION OF TOLLS AT THE GANANO TOLL BRIDGE, PROVINCE OF ISABELA
The total cost of the Ganano Toll Bridge in the province of Isabela, together with interest at the rate of four percent per annum, having been fully recovered, as certified in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 3500, as amended, it is hereby ordered that the collection of tolls at the Ganano Toll Bridge be terminated.
This Order shall take effect upon receipt of copy hereof by the Provincial Treasurer of Isabela.
Done in the City of Manila, this 16th day of April, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-five, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the ninth.
