FIXING THE DATE OF ORGANIZATION AND THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF DAGUPAN.
By virtue of the power conferred upon me by Republic Act No. 170, I, MANUEL ROXAS, President of the Philippines, do hereby fix the first of January, nineteen hundred and forty-eight, as the date for the organization of the City of Dagupan and qualification of the City Mayor and Members of the Municipal Board appointed in accordance with section 88 of said Act. Unless the President shall hereafter order otherwise the City of Dagupan shall, as provided in the first paragraph, section 2, of Republic Act No. 170, comprise the present territorial jurisdiction of the municipality of Dagupan, Province of Pangasinan.
Any provisions of Executive Order No. 96, dated October 1, 1947, which are inconsistent herewith, are hereby modified or amended accordingly.
