AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 85, SO AS TO POSTPONE THE ORGANIZATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CALAMBA, PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MISAMIS.
It appearing that the chief municipal officials of the municipality of Calamba, Province of Occidental Misamis, created under Executive Order No. 85, dated September 3, 1947, have not been appointed and have not qualified and, consequently, the corporate existence of the said municipality has not begun, I, MANUEL ROXAS, President of the Philippines, do hereby postpone to February 1, 1948 the organization of said municipality.
