FURTHER AMENDING PARAGRAPH 1 OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 320, DATED JANUARY 27, 1941 , ENTITLED “REGULATING THE MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF RACE TRACKS AND HORSE RACING.
Paragraph 1 of Executive Order No. 320, dated January 27, 1941 , as amended is hereby further amended to read as follows:
“1. Racing Commission. - There is hereby created a Racing Commission to consist of the Racing Commissioner as Chairman and four members, who shall be appointed by the President for such term and at such rate of compensation as he may determine and shall be removable at his pleasure. For administrative purposes, the Racing Commission is hereby placed under the Department of the Interior.”
