TRANSFERRING THE SEAT OF GOVERNMENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PROSPERIDAD IN THE PROVINCE OF AGUSAN FROM ITS PRESENT SITE AT THE BARRIO OF PROSPERIDAD TO THE BARRIO OF BAHBAH, SAME MUNICIPALITY
Upon the recommendation of the Provincial Board of Agusan and pursuant to the provisions of Section 68 of the Revised Administrative Code, the seat of government of the municipality of Prosperidad in the province of Agusan is hereby transferred from its present site at the barrio of Prosperidad to the barrio of Bahbah, same municipality.
This Order shall take effect immediately.
Done in the City of Manila, this 23rd day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-four.
