ATTESTATION OF THE SIGNATURE OF THE PRESIDENT, AND AFFIXING THE GREAT SEAL, ON IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS
Under the authority conferred upon me by law, I, MANUEL L. QUEZON, President of the Philippines, do hereby authorize and direct the Secretary to the President to attest my signature on all executive orders, proclamations, and commissions, and affix thereto the great seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines.
Executive Order Numbered Four, dated November twentieth, nineteen hundred and thirty-five, is hereby revoked.
This Order shall take effect on January first, nineteen hundred and thirty-eight.
Done at the City of Manila, this thirty-first day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the third.
