TERMINATING THE COLLECTION OF TOLLS AT THE SIGMA TOLL BRIDGE, PROVINCE OF CAPIZ
The total cost of the Sigma Toll Bridge, in the province of Capiz, plus interest at the rate of 4 percent per annum, having been fully recovered, as certified in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 3500, as amended, it is hereby ordered that the collection of tolls at the Sigma Toll Bridge be terminated.
This Order shall take effect upon receipt of a copy hereof by the Provincial Treasurer of Capiz.
Done in the City of Manila, this 22nd day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-five, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the tenth.
