READJUSTING THE CLASSIFICATION OF THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES FROM SECOND CLASS TO FIRST CLASS
Pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act Numbered One hundred thirty and in the public interest, the classification of the province of Zambales is hereby readjusted, in accordance with section one of Act Numbered Three thousand seven hundred and ninety-eight, as amended by Act Numbered Four thousand two hundred and sixteen, from second class to first class, on the basis of its average annual revenue during the three consecutive fiscal years ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and fifty-four as certified by the General Auditing Office.
The classification herein made shall take effect as of July 1, 1954.
Done in the City of Manila, this 31st day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-five, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the tenth.
