AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 157, DATED JULY 10, 1948
WHEREAS, upon verification made by the Bureau of Lands of the technical description of the Province of Nueva Vizcaya embodied in Executive Order No. 157, dated July 10, 1948, it was found that due to clerical error committed in said Bureau the geographic location of the starting point of the boundary line between the Provinces of Nueva Vizcaya and Isabela has not been correctly stated;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ELPIDIO QUIRINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend Executive Order No. 157, dated July 10, 1948, defining the boundary limits of the Province of Nueva Vizcaya, so as to place the geographic position of the starting point marked 1 on the sketch plan attached to said Order, being identical to provincial boundary monument No. 3 in the sitio of San Luis, Bagabag cadastre No. 233, and to municipal boundary monument No. 17, Santiago cadastre No. 211, of Isabela, at latitude 16° 39' 07.77? N, and longitude 121° 23' 45.43? E. instead of latitude 16° 44' 33.087? N, and longitude 121° 29' 22.864? E.
