EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 219, August 25, 1939

SUSPENDING THE EFFECTIVITY OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 213, DATED JULY 10, 1939


Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Finance, Executive Order Numbered Two hundred and thirteen, entitled “Annexing a certain portion of the territory of the municipality of Majayjay, Province of Laguna, to the municipality of Lilio, same province,” issued on July tenth, nineteen hundred and thirty-nine, which is to take effect on September first, nineteen hundred and thirty-nine, is hereby suspended pending the resolution of the petition for reconsideration filed by the municipality of Majayjay.


Done at the City of Manila, this thirty-first day of August, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-nine, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the fourth.
