AMENDING ITEM 41, SECTION 1, OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 192, DATED DECEMBER 24, 1948, ENTITLED “ON THE CONTROL OF EXPORTS FROM THE PHILIPPINES”.
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, ELPIDIO QUIRINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend item 41, section 1, of Executive Order No. 192, dated December 24, 1948, so as to read as follows:
“(41) Products exported to the Philippines under allocation by foreign countries or by the International Emergency Food Council.”
Done in the City of Manila, this 4th day of June, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-nine, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the third.
