PROVIDING THAT THE VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS REQUIRED BY EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 209 DATED OCTOBER 19, 1956, AND REORGANIZATION PLAN NO. 60 RELATIVE TO PUBLIC UTILITIES REGULATION AND LAND TRANSPORTATION SHALL BE TAKEN ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 15, 1957.
Pursuant to the powers vested in me by Republic Act No. 997, as amended by Republic Act No. 1241, I, RAMON MAGSAYSAY, President of the Philippines, do hereby order that the various administrative actions required by Executive Order No. 209 dated October 19, 1956, and Reorganization Plan No. 60 relative to Public Utilities Regulation and Land Transportation shall be taken on or before January 15, 1957.
Section 34 of Executive Order No. 209 dated October 19, 1956, as amended by Executive Order No. 220 dated December 18, 1956, is hereby further amended accordingly.
