AMENDING FURTHER EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 72, DATED DECEMBER 3, 1936, ESTABLISHING A CLASSIFICATION OF PORTS.
The port of Butuan, Province of Agusan, is hereby included in the classification of National Ports open to coastwise trade.
Executive Order No. 72, dated December 3, 1936, as amended by Executive Order No. 195, dated March 3, 1939, Executive Order No. 254, dated February 20, 1940, and Executive Order No. 289, dated July 8, 1940, is hereby further amended accordingly.
Done in the City of Manila, this 19th day of August, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-nine, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the fourth.
