AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 651 DATED DECEMBER 15, 1953, CREATING THE ROXAS MEMORIAL COMMISSION.
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I RAMON MAGSAYSAY, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Executive Order No. 651 dated December 15, 1953, by providing that the Roxas Memorial Commission therein created shall be composed of the following:
