CONFIRMING THE ELECTIONS OF PROVINCIAL AND CITY OFFICERS ELECTED ON DECEMBER 10, 1940
Each of the persons named below having been certified by the Provincial Boards of Canvassers to have received a plurality of the votes legally cast at the ordinary election held in the provinces and cities on the 10th day of December, nineteen hundred and forty, under the provisions of the Election Code, and there being in my opinion no reason why their election should not be confirmed, the said election is, pursuant to the recommendation of the Commission on Elections, hereby confirmed:

The persons above named will qualify and assume office in accordance with law.
