REDUCING BY THIRTY PER CENTUM THE TAX ON ALL PERMANENT PLANTS AND TREES FOR THE YEAR 1944
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, JOSE P. LAUREL, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reduce by thirty per centum the real property tax on all permanent plants and trees on any taxable real property for the calendar year 1944: Provided, That this reduction shall not be enforced in any municipality or city where the general revision of real property assessments undertaken in 1941 and subsequent years have already been made effective
