FIXING THE DATE OF ORGANIZATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF ROXAS
Pursuant to the provisions of section 88 of Republic Act No. 603, I, ELPIDIO QUIRINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby fix May 12, 1951, as the date of the organization of the Government of the City of Roxas and qualification of the city mayor and the members of the municipal board appointed in accordance with the provisions of said Republic Act No. 603.
Done in the City of Manila, this 3rd day of May, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-one, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the fifth.
