EXECUTIVE ORDER No. 44.


John W. Haussermann, Assistant Attorney-General; L. A. Dorrington, Superintendent of Buildings and Illumination, and J. L. Barrett, Chief Clerk of the Treasurer’s Office, are hereby appointed, a committee, under the provisions of section nine. Act Numbered Two hundred and fifteen, United States Philippine Commission, for the purpose of investigating, reporting upon, and fixing the responsibility for the present condition of certain public civil property for which superintendents of various departments of the municipal government of Manila are accountable.
