TERMINATING THE COLLECTION OF TOLLS AT THE GUIMBAL BRIDGE, PROVINCE OF ILOILO.
The total cost of the Guimbal Toll Bridge in the province of Iloilo, plus interest at the rate of 4% per annum, having been fully recovered, as certified in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 3500, as amended, it is hereby ordered that the collection of tolls at the Guimbal Toll Bridge be terminated.
This Order shall take effect upon receipt of a copy hereof by the Provincial Treasurer of Iloilo.
Done in the City of Manila, this 10th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-four, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the ninth.
