TERMINATING THE COLLECTION OF TOLLS AT THE ALACAYGAN AND MAGAPA BRIDGES, ILOILO
The total cost of the Alacaygan and Magapa Bridges in the Province of Iloilo, plus interest thereon at the rate of five per cent per annum, having been fully recovered, as certified, in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 3500, as amended, it is hereby ordered that the collection of tolls at said bridges be terminated.
This Order shall take effect upon receipt hereof by the Provincial Treasurer of Iloilo.
Done in the City of Manila, this 1st day of July, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-two, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the sixth.
