DELEGATING TO THE SECRETARY OF AGRICULTURE AND COMMERCE THE POWER TO SIGN PATENTS AND CERTIFICATES
Pursuant to the authority conferred upon me by section one hundred seven of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred fort-one, entitled “An Act to amend and compile the laws relative to lands of the public domain,” I hereby delegate to the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce the power to sign patents or certificates issued under the provisions of said Act or under Act Numbered Three thousand thirty-eight for parcels of land which do not exceed one hundred forty-four hectares in area.
Done at the City of Manila, this twenty-eighth day of November, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-six, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the second.
