AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 11 DATED FEBRUARY 3, 1954, CREATING THE LIBERTY WELLS ASSOCIATION
Paragraph 1(a) of Executive Order No. 11 dated February 3, 1954, creating the Liberty Wells Association, is hereby amended to read as follows:
“(a) To solicit contributions to the government from the public of funds and materials to be used exclusively for the construction and development of artesian wells and other sources of potable water supply for rural communities in the Philippines lacking in financial resources to provide an adequate and safe water supply: Provided, that the Association may use such portion of said contributions as may be needed to defray the expenses incident to its campaign for funds and materials.”
Done in the City of Manila, this 17th day of January, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-five, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the ninth.
